Refund

I've been waiting for my refund. Since they said it will be reversed, still nothing.

I booked a bus, I didn't receive tickets, money was deducted from my account. This happened on the 30th December today it's the 6th January still no refund. They keep on saying that the refund depends on my bank...even if it's from overseas to SA money can't take long to be reversed. I went to my bank in SA, they told me that the money went to busbud account, so what's different for busbud to locate the payment and reverse it. I even sent proof of payment from my bank statement.

I've seen other people have bad reviews on Busbud. I'm starting to think it's a ****. I'd advice people to stay away from busbud if they don't want to cry like some of us.
