No show, no refund

I booked 3 tickets for a trip from Durban to Midrand for the 22 December 2021 at 9pm on the APM bus via the Busbud site. The 3 people that were travelling waited numerous hours and the bus did not turn up, neither were the passengers informed of any change in travel. We have been emailing since that night to date and only receive emails stating that Busbud are still awaiting feedback from APM bus services. I have requested numerous times for our refund but only get the run around. The bus fares were paid to Busbud but they not commenting on the refund only telling us about no response from APM bus services, which is really not our problem at this point in time as we purchased the tickets directly from Busbud.
