Disappointing Experience with Busbud (Jobela): Unnecessary Hassle and Extra Costs

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent booking from Cape Town to Ngcobo via Jobela Bus. Despite informing them that my final destination was between Queenstown and Ngcobo, they refused to drop me off at a point closer to my home. Instead, I was dropped off in Ngcobo town, forcing me to spend extra money on another transport to get home.

The route from Cape Town to Ngcobo clearly passes through areas closer to my home, and it would have been more convenient and cost-effective if they had allowed me to disembark at one of those points. However, the drivers seemed unwilling to accommodate this request, leaving me with no choice but to take another taxi back to my home.

Given the additional costs and inconvenience I incurred, I would advise potential customers to double-check the drop-off options and flexibility with Busbud before booking. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I won't be using their services again for similar routes.
