Cancel Trip and refund tickets Delta Couches from Jozi to Cape Town

I have recently booked tickets for me and family to go on holiday to Cape Town on the 19th March 2024 from Busbud for Delta Couches, but we have had death within my family and I will have to help my gran move into my place and look after her and for this reason we have to cancel our holiday. after many attempts to get hold of Busbud and Delta Couches we cannot get hold of any of them I really think this is so bad and wont ever book anything through them again. They better contact me asap or I will report them. I mean we are trying to let them know in advance and you just cant get hold of any of them at all. This is *** service and really wont advice anyone to use them at all.
