**** Busbud Please take it down

Worst experience of ever regret purchasing my ticket with Busbud and the numbers on the website are incorrect or wrong number💔😡 bendisiyaphi Nkosi yam. Purchased a bus ticket vaya Africa under busbud. When I got to park station Johannesburg picke to Cape Town station no one knew this VayaAfrica bus yet it's on Busbud app🚮😡💔 I was requested to leave the station by the security's. Called the number on busbud they said it's a **** they only do travels around Johannesburg. Came to Johannesburg for business I have no place did not book anyway as this was a one day trip and return home. Now Busbud is doing this sent an email says I must wait of which I don't have that time. Wait till what this is a matter of urgency.

My biggest questions to busbud why are the numbers to contact you are wrong number just normal individuals telling ma'am it's a wrong number like ***😡

Please stop this business if you don't know customer service nor your business. Stop playing with God's people. ****** it's almost 15:00 that is the depart time no one has tried to reach out 😡😡
