Busbud must be banned

I booked a mini mobile bus with them, bus never pictched, no communication, i have to do some investigations myself and i was told the bus no longer operates, my money was taken. Eventually got someone who works inside and i was told that my refund will be processed in 24hrs, it’s been a week now
