Busbud is a ****!!! Stay Away!!!
Booked a bus ticket online using this platform not knowing that the bus company I booked from does not exist (BM Tours) to be exact. I also enable my refund insurance which I had to add an additional R80. When I ask for their contact details they failed to assist me and now I want my money back I am being told stories of how the ticket I booked was non-refundable. This has to be the worst experience ever. My girlfriend is now stuck in a place where she knows no one and is in a panic mode. I believe both BusBud and BM Tours are a ****. I would advise anyone who thought of using their site to stay away for their own good and safety
