Busbud is a ****

Yesterday I booked a Greyhound bus ticket through busbud website from Victoria West to Johannesburg. The busbud sent me a ticket confirmation with reference/ticket no. GHAT316. The departure time was 8:50 PM, I got to the bus pick up point and the bus never came, the Greyhound bus arrived around 11 PM. The driver could not find my name on the list, he called his office to verify my ticket and they could no find my booking anywhere on their system and told me to contact busbud, so the bus left without me in the middle of the night. I tried contacting busbud through email and the robots where replying to my email with senseless questions and solution. The following day in the morning got a reply from another robot confirming my ticket and sent a link with the same ticket reference of previous day. This is frustrating and they are ****mers and dangerous I slept next to the road in a strange small town.
