Busbud doesn't refund
I just bought a bus ticket yesterday and today I got news that I had to really attend to urgently and I Had to cancel my trip and unfortunately busbud doesn't refund... I would really like my Money back guaranteed, I wasn't even on the bus and wasn't called on my cell to find out what happened to me,Wow,! even if they have a penalty it's fine but my whole R640.00 thats just daylight *******... PLEASE Hello Peter Help me.... Kind regards Clyde
