Busbud and Delta coaches are huge ****mers
I made a booking on bus bus for Delta coaches from Queenstown to Capetown 6PM on the 29th Oct. We waited the whole night the bus did not arrive, we got assisted by petrol attendance at Queenstown Shell Ultra city and they allowed us to use a room which I presume they use it for their break times. Frustrated cold and no communication from Delta and Bus bud, we had to make other arrangements the next day and find other ways from transport, and when I am following up with them I am told there is no refund. Who's fault is when the bus doesn't show up? the passengers?
