I bought a ticket from Busbud on the 25th of April 2023 the trip was R584.37 from Johannesburg to Empangeni. I received two tickets:
The first ticket : Johannesburg to Germiston Date: 30th April 2023 Time: 18h30pm from Joburg arriving at 18h35 at Germiston Eagle Liner Amount: R125 Ticket ***
The second ticket: Johannesburg to Empangeni Date: 1st May 2023 Time: 8am from Park Station arriving at 17h25pm at Empangeni Greyhound Amount: R410 Ticket ***
Can you please advise why I had to pay for two tickets, one of which was unusable? I only used the one for Greyhound that day. And there was no Eagle Liner bus at that time on the 30th. Can I please get a refund for the ticket of Eagle Liner because really there was no use for it.
