BusaMed Modderfontein level of service is absolutely atrocious!!!

My wife came in for a procedure for her broken foot in Dexember 2022.

She was discharged with medication and was told that when she needs it, the script for the rest of her pain medication and blood thinners was able to be collected when needed.

Today her pain medication ran out, upon visiting the pharmacy, we were turned away because her script has been fulfilled, yet she only was given half of her script on discharge day.

We then call BusaMed to assist, not one person is willing to help, except only telling my wife that more pain meds are bad for your kidneys.

SHE HAD AN OPERATION, SHE IS IN PAIN!

To add insult to injury, the dispensary (at a hospital) is closed.

WHAT IS A PERSON TO DO?

She must suffer, yet the hospital have taken a fat paycheck!

It's totally unacceptable that a patient sits in pain and the hospital refuse to even assist.
