Unhappy with service from the doctor

I was admitted at Busmed Hospital at Harrismith. The staff were friendly but the doctor took X ray and blood test. The doctor did not share results with me. He only came to ask if I am okay. After he sent the nurse to tell me that am must go to Mediclinic. I thought the procedure will be performed at Busamed however I was not given a valid reasons. Dawn ***)
