Unattended patients from Road Accidents

Today, I was taken to Busamed Moddefontein hospital after a road accident and arrived at about 9 o'clock. When I arrived there were already other accident victims from a separate accident; I pariently joined the queue. We were taken our vitals at about 10am and the ambulance medics left soom afterwards. Nothinv happened after that, we were made to wait in agony whilst we were told only one doctor was attending emergency cases. How do you wait for more than 6hours (time of writing) and no news or sign of a doctor attending to patients. Enquiring with the desk attendants is a waste of time as they give conflicting and un informative answers. Some of the accident victims had to leave and seek alternative hospitals. Clearly this hospital is a broken nut case! Why accept patients if you have no capacity or intention to help them. You would expect such treatment from a public government hospital; even a public hospital would be much helpful and effective than this white elephant.
