They ******* me into paying for services they wouldn’t render

I was told lies by this hospital and they ****med me of my money, My wife was giving birth earlier today we have been using the gynecologist there for the whole duration of the pregnancy however 3 days ago we were told my wife will have to go into early labor. We visit the hospital for check ups until Today, I asked that I want to be present for the babies birth from the first day we started using this hospital but so we agreed that if u pay 35000 she will receive the best medical care and I will be present for the birth. Today we get to the hospital after I had made the payment I was told to vacate the premises in a very rude manner I tried to explain my situation and the response I received was “I’m the hospital co ordinator and I’m telling u that u won’t go in there so please leave and come back once u have done a COVID test” I explained to him that they made us do the tests yet I was still sent out of the hospital ward. Iv just been told that she gave birth earlier today without me being there yet I paid to be in the room when my child was being born I’m honestly infuriated by this sort of rudeness and deceit.
