Poor customer service and no feedback post operation

My father went on Wednesday for a triple bypass. We got no feedback from the drs or Nurse staff I had to phone in after being present 3 times on Thursday to speak with the surgeon. On top of this the nurse assigned to him is incredibly rude and raised her voice at me for expressing my dissatisfaction. I will report them to the necessary bodies
