Not admitting fault

Worst experience I have ever had, no one seems to know what they doing. Pushing you around from one ward to another and Not knowing which ward you actually in. Then it comes to the billing, they claim they get authorisation from your medical aid only to want to charge you a month after admission. Then credit controllers based in Durban have no idea what occurred, refuse to investigate or admit fault or answer emails for that matter. And pass you on to someone else with not resolution. If you want to go to place the surprises you later you found it. Medical aid or not. Tell your friends to somewhere they have an idea what they doing!
