Life Threatening Administration Process

Wow, I was shocked at the Absolute Dismal Administrative Process in the Ward at Hillcrest Hospital. I went with a Friend who went in to the Hospital for an Operation. They went through the Downstairs Admin Process, which was Pretty Painless, in fact I would say was Excellent. But when they got to the ward and was questioned by the Nurse on their Previous Medical History, it was absolutely a Disaster. They Answered question without asking or Confirming with the Patient on previous History and completely got it wrong. To the extent when he got into the Theatre they asked how long have they had Diabetes, and my Friend said but I don't have Diabetes???. The Anaesthetist was a bit puzzled. But it got worse, they asked about Previous Operations to which My Friends reply was I've had a Mastectomy and the Nurse wrote down Ms. Trust me it gets worse..... After the Operation they give My Friend the relevant Medication to take home to continue taking. The first box was in the name of a Completely different Patient, The second box was Penicillin which she is Allergic to and everything including a Braclet on the arm said Allergic to Penicillin?? Well this just went from Bad to Worse. I will leave the Story there because it will shock you...
