Hospital without communication

My Mom-in-law was admitted on Tuesday evening through casualty. The staff there were fantastic however, as soon as she was admitted into the Hospital things went horribly wrong. We were not informed of my mother in-laws condition even though we made countless phone calls to the medical ward 2. On Thursday when we called we were told she has been moved to Surgical Ward 2 and we must phone the doctor for updates. That too was pointless as after more than 12 phone calls and multiple messages we were still unable to get any feedback. Finally on Friday after complaints being lodged and calling a number of times once again we were informed that she was going to be released at 12:30. Upon my arrival at the hospital, the receptionist called up to the ward and was told that they were preparing my Mom in-law for release. 2 hours later and me getting rather upset my mom in-law was released. She was in the same clothes that she arrived in on Tuesday evening even though I had packed a bag for her and her cooler bag with her insulin has been ******. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone.
