Horror House

Baby son cut his hand open and had to have stitches under anastethic. The Doctor had the most disgusting bedside manner, However that aside the doctor did not clean the cut properly and stitched it with glass inside. This meant we had to go to a different hodpital as the morning afterwards the wound was gaping and inflamed..This caused him to have to undergo anastethic 2 days in a row and stitches taken out and re-stitched. Initially he had 3 now 6. 3 days later we had to go back to the doctor. The re-opening of the cut had now caused an infection . The negligence could have caused serious problems to his hand. Still waiting for a call back from Management one week later. The only person who seems to be concerned is the nursing manager but her nurses were great and not the problem. So do not go to Busamed unless You want Doctors who don't know what they doing and Management that don't have the decency to give you a call and at the very least apologize for the major error.
