HORRIBLE SERVICE AT BUSAMED MODDERFONTEIN PRIVATE HOSPITAL

Dont let the wonderful pictures,appearance and adverts fool you. I was fooled in thinking, great service, its a new Private hospital.....caring staff..... After i was in the emergency unit, i was discharged and had an appointment with dr. Tariq Mohammed a few days later. On that morning of my appointment the receptionist called to ask whether i may come through a few hours earlier as the Dr can see me then. I arrived at 13h30 as requested and was told that my appointment is only at 15h30. i advised that i was called and asked to come in earlier and the lady told me that they are sorry but they called the wrong patient and i had to go home and come back at 15h00. This means the correct patient was never called and would not have arrived at 13h30, so this did not just inconvenieced me and my family but also another family. You can never get through to the Dr. rooms as no one picks up and have to keep phoning back. You have to constatntly follow up as they do not get back to you. I am very happy to drive further and visit another hospital even though i live in Modderfontein.
