Honesty and Integrity

My daughter visited the Hillcrest Private Hospital for Botox injections for a medical condition - not cosmetic. I had booked the Botox with the pharmacy in advance and they then charged out as I had ordered. Some weeks afterwards they phoned to advise that they had made an error and there was a refund due to both the medical aid and me.

There would have been no way for anyone to have picked this up had they not come forward. Their honesty and integrity is commendable.

Congratulations. No wonder the hospital is regarded as one of the top hospitals in the country.
