Hillcrest Busamed Casualty - no good, in my opinion!

My opinion is that the Casualty section of this Hospital is over rated. Firstly, not only is there never any parking, especially disability parking, close enough to their entrance, but it's steep and paved in such a way, that you struggle to walk in heels, never mind push a wheelchair! Secondly, I found the staff to mostly be evasive. Thirdly, they couldn't wait to get the patient out of there, even if it meant she was frail n elderly, had just had a massive dose of opening medicine + an enema, and therefore, to her embarrassment, soiled herself and the pavement outside the entrance, whilst I puked. Then the cheek of making me pay R200 for one napkin! Not to mention, the Drs helping themselves to the last of our medical aid savings without pre warning or an explanation.. Disgraceful!
