Head Nurse Abuse & Neglect of Minor Patient

My review should be a zero Busamed Private Hospital Modderfontein. I had to pick up my daughter at 23:30 on the 25 July due to an incident which I can only describe as abuse of a minor by a head nurse and neglect to look after a patient. My daughter who is a minor was treated with no empathy after the head nurse attempted for the third time to insert an IV line.When my daughter told the nurse the needle was hurting and the arm was showing signs of trauma, the head nurse grabbed her arm and tapped on the IV needle and said “ well that’s a needle”.She requested to remove the IV as she could not take the pain.Pain meds were supposed to be administered, my daughter called from 17:30, at 23:00 no pain meds had been yet been given to the patient.Please conduct a disciplinary on your pathetic head nurse for the abuse and neglect of my daughter who is a minor and your responsibility Busamed.Look at your customer experience ratings and do something.
