Good day, I’m receiving a bad service from the hospital I trusted with my child, they gave me awesome treatment the night I had pains while I was pregnant. Now I’ve requested them to complete forms for treatment I got that night is been a month and weeks I’m still waiting. It’s disappointing.😭
