Gateway Hospital Service is Appalling

I was admitted in ward C. During my stay on different occasions I did not receive my medication. This was brought to the attention of the nursing staff by my doctor. Senior management was informed and did not address the issue. I lodged a compliant with the hospital manager and to date still awaiting feedback. To further add to my stressors, I was not issued with all my medication and medical script from the hospital pharmacy when I was discharged. The hospital service is appalling and pathetic.
