Busamed Umhlanga Rocks Financial irregularities

I had an operation in Dec 2023. I was due a 21,000 Rand refund as I made a quick recovery. I completed all the paperwork in Dec and was assured the refund would go through that week. It is now almost June 2024 and no refund was sent and there are no replies from the person in accounts. I wonder why? Don`t pay them any money especially if you are from overseas.
