BADSERVICE EVER

Today, just now I went to book for an appointment with a dentist ( Suite G02 : DR PRETORIUS, C) at Busamed Lowveld Private Hospital. I went in and the receptionist was talking to a lady and it sounded like a social conversation. I stood there for almost 2 minutes without being acknowledged or noted that I will be assisted. I requested the receptionist to open the the door for me (leaving), that is when both of the ladies asked me if they can assist me. I was annoyed and thanked them. I really do not know if they did that because I am black. I will never recommend SUITE G02 Busamed Lowveld Private Hospital to anyone.
