BAD SERVICE

I chose HillCrest Hospital when I was involved in a accident but now they said Im owing R50k and I dont what is for no explanation as they told me that they are my medical aid are in their network so why they approved that service if they knew that the medical aid will not pay as I will reject that R5O 000 SERVICE AS I DONT HAVE MONEY TO PAY
