Bad attitude , unpleasant customer service

I would like to complain about the receptionist who works at Busamed Hospital that is located in Linbro Park. The lady works for Dr Esther Rockson -Who is a Gynaecologist, last year I was there to make an appointment and she stated that , we do not take Old Mutual medical aid asked the reason behind that if she does'nt mind me asking. She responded with an attitude and she is not a pleasant that you can talk to. The name of the receptionist is Mpho, called her again to make an appointment, she stated that they will charge an amount of R2000 asked her how can you charge I have not even consulted with the Doctor. my friend & colleague was there in April 2022 and she was charged R1200.00

All I can say Mpho's attitude is pathetic and it is not appropriate especially for a person who is at the front desk, I am not the only one who has encountered that bad attitude.
