accept the poor service or ***off

BusaMed Modderfontein's level of service to be absolutely atrocious! My daughter was admitted on the 3rd of January 2022 at around 1am. The paediatrician only came at 14pm. She was very rude and she said its either we accept the poor level of service she is giving or we move out of the hospital. She never came back on that day to checkup on the functioning of the medication. By 12pm on the 4th of January she has still not come.
