Hospital accounts and admission - pathetic

2nd bad experience. Please don't use this hospital, I definitely wont. First time, I took my mom to trauma, and being the main member on the medical aid they admitted me into hospital instead of her. MSA used up all the funds for the hospital payments due to the wrong person being admitted, was such a struggle to fix that. 2nd time hubby was admitted for a scope, they charged us twice R8250 via credit card & MSA, had to wait for a month & tons of calls back and forth to get a credit done. Useless accounts staff and you will be lucky if you find one person who is capable and willing to assist you. Then the admission was a joke because hubby was told that he had to sit on a chair and wait for someone to get discharged as they don't have a bed for him! while he is in pain and agony and needs to use the toilet and mind you, only after taking his R8250. Night shift supervisor "Surprise" is the biggest ****, said there are no beds for him but after a screaming match with her, she sends to him to an empty ward - we have video footage to prove this. This is the result of employing incapable people sadly, good service hardly exists.
