Harvests email addresses, gives wrong pricing

I was searching the web for a coach from Durban Beach to Johannesburg. I came across bus24x7.com which listed several coach companies and journey details. Included in the list was InterCape at 21:00. On the Intercape website this was listed at R380. On the bus24x7.com website it was listed at R290. So I clicked on the bus24x7.com website "BUY TICKET" link to buy. Up pops a window asking for my full name and email address. I enter the details and click the button. From there I get a message that I am being directed to the InterCape website. Sure enough I end up on that website, but on the front page with no tokens attached to the URL. Searching again for a coach journey I am presented with R380 - the same price as before I even went near the bus24x7.com website. Checking my inbox I have now received a welcome email from bus24x7.com. The bus24x7.com website states that:

If you do not want to receive direct communications from Bus24x7, you can click on the "opt-out" option, present on all emails sent by Bus24x7.

But there is no opt-out option in the email that I have received. The bus24x7.com website has no contact details and hence there is no way to unsubscribe from the spam that I am now going to receive thanks to the deception of the website.

So, the list of their offences:

1. Ticket price was incorrect.

2. "BUY TICKET" link is misleading - it isn't the beginning of the process to buy the ticket.

3. When entering your name and email address you assume that this is the beginning of the ticket buying process. It actually isn't. The bus24x7.com website is just deceptively harvesting your personal details.

4. There is no warning that you are opting in to receiving emails.

5. There is no mechanism to unsubscribe and receive no more emails.

6. The bus24x7.com website includes no contact details to allow one to complain and/or to get unsubscribed.
