Party bus bad experience

We recently booked “party bus” for our annual year beginning function. Everyone was super excited as this only happens once a year and from experience every year we all look forward to the party bus. Not only did a taxi arrive but we were 5 hours behind schedule, we missed half a day at Sun City and we missed breakfast. This “so called” taxi and or party bus did not look like the pictures on the website, that we booked and paid for in full as well as the drivers accommodation.
