Burquip in need of structure/organisation

We have been buying a lot form them over the past two years or so and we are satisfied with their products.

However we find there deliveries an irritation to deal with and have resulted in us missing deadline on multiple occasions in the past.

When we order we often find parts either missing ( eg... not on the truck and/or invoice), The wrong parts (mismatched trailer components or different from our order) or just plain late. (leading to our current missed deadlines)

We have been understanding knowing how something can easily be missed or miscommunicated, but it has reached the point where we will no longer be supporting them.
