BURNWELL CHIMNEY ... NEVER USE THEM

Louise Spalding / Bulterman / Bee Removal or Angus Crystal Fires or Burnwell Fires Please be warned against this place, take money, never deliver the goods or the service. I am in the process of taking legal action for services not delivered - shocking, Louise was only to happy to take my money, make empty promises and then tell me that is what we agreed on. Got them in to repair my fireplace - first it was too short and burnt the wall, they came to make it higher and then with the wind it blew over, she told me this was and act of God ... maybe you should have secured the pipes lady!!! Then needed the fallen over chimney repaired, paid again but only half the service delivered, other changes were made, paid again and less than half was delivered - she is a true ******* gem!!!
