Bad after sales Service

Ordered from their online store. Based in a Main Centre. (I.E 2/3 days for delivery)10 days later yet to receive my parcel. Customer Service, ignores my 1st email, responds to my second with a 'Sorry, we had a sale so we are taking longer. Once your order is packed you must wait another 3-5 days' 5 days pass, I follow up again, feedback, oh the tracking app says it should reach you by 14/15 May. Which I could see myself. No effort to call their courier and query the delivery. Just a ' you must mar wait'

The after sales service is absolutely atrocious and the person who is handling their customer complaints has No sense of urgency, or care for the matter

We try to support local, but will in future stick with larger brands, as atleast they care about customer service and delivery
