Takes your money and doesn't complete the job BURN'S EASY ACCESS & D.I.Y

Do not use Bernard Claassen owner of BURN'S EASY ACCESS & D.I.Y! I paid him to install a new window in OCTOBER 2021 and till today 29 FEBRUARY 2024 it is STILL NOT 100% finalized. I had to keep on contacting him to follow up on his work and eventually he just read my messages and did not even have the decency to reply anymore. I would not recommend anyone to do business with him.
