Bad service

A youth camp was arranged for February and canceled because they couldn't get enough numbers. I have been requesting for a refund since March till today nothing and no one bothers to explain what is happening . I have called, texted with someone whom I think is a receptionist and she couldn't help as the matter was handled by the finance department . For such a big establishment I am disappointed it's the 3rd month and I have been waiting for refund
