Burnedale Cafe - **** for Cash

Helen who manages Burnedale Cafe should be removed or improved CRM should be put into place. I had hired her venue for 12k, and when I got the bill she had added service charge of 20% on the 12k and Vat. I paid another 4K for adhoc purchases. When I confronted her she lie to my wife about the payment and told me that the system generated the bill. She is running a ****. And I would encourage SARS to review the accounts at the cafe. That type of under handness needs to looked into. It was a shame as the other service providers at the farm were reasonable and fair value. Please remove this ******* and lying individual. Make Balito better!
