Worst service ever

Spoke to a very rude lady from the company with regards to my account and requested for a statement

It's been 7months while m waiting for the statement whn I called to follow up I was told to contact Anthea again

I phoned her and I told her how frustrated I am because they are busy debiting my account every month but m not receiving any statement

She insulted me and hung up the call on me

I have never seen such a level of unprofessionalism in my life
