Vodacom account

My name is Thobile Buthelezi kindly assist with my account, I paid off Vodacom on the 29th of October 2021 and received a settlement letter from Burnard Raaff yet till date its still reflecting bad on my credit score I have sent an email numerous times to Vodacom and the law firm that I was handed over to but still nothing has been resolved….
