Threatening Messages

Burnard and Raaff contacted me last year in December telling me my Vodacom account has been handed over to them and that I should make payment to them Burnard and Raaff as soon as possible payments has been arranged for each month to be paid on the first and I signed no contract on how much I should pay I've told them in more than one email that I'm not employed that I do odd jobs to get money in to pay my account and I've never missed a payment and this is the threatening messages I get every month from them-Legal process will commence- no payment on VODACOM a/c resulting in a summons/EAO to be served at your work address. I've seeked debt counselling but they can't help as I need to be employed,and I am struggling get work but at least my odd job is helping me to make payment on my account.
