Rude consultant

my Vodacom account was handed to them,i have made arrangements to pay R500.00 each month,on Monday 29/06/2015,i was supposed to make a payment,when I realized I am not getting the money their offices were closed,so I phoned Tuesday morning to make an arrangement for Friday 3/07/2015,only to be told by Maxi that the sheriff will come and pick up furniture to the value of R10000.00,this morning she phones me and asks if theres someone at home,i said no,she said she will be sending locksmith and the sheriff,as I was about to explain to her that I made an arrangement for tomorrow,she starts shouting and telling that she has been struggling with me from the beginning and puts the phone down in my ear,i phone her back and ask her if that's the way they were trained to talk to people like never mind that we owe them money,again she put the phone down in my ear,i have never ignored her calls,i will also be getting my lawyers involved,i wont take that type of treatment and harassment.
