Rude and Threatened

I got a call last week from Savanah from the attorney letting me know that I have an outstanding Vodacom account which I had cancelled last year. After back and forth emails I conceded and confirmed that I would pay R300 a month from November as I had not budgeted for it this month she calls me this morning threatening me with section 129 asking me don't I get a salary this month and that I must pay from this month and that I am a piece of work. I advised her that I am under debt review and will pay from next month but she is rude and not understanding.
