Payment confirmation

Good Day Please assist ,I have a vodacom account that was taken to the lawyers of which I was not aware I received a call from them sometime in May or so and a payment arrangement and I have to pay of an amount of R9000.I have been consistent with payment since ..I have tried to contact them on numerous occasion and even send whatsapp ,however my request to get the outstanding amount is been ignored daily and I am frustrated as I am trying to fix my finance and would like to pay off this account.On my credit score there is also no changes as it seems like they not updating my payments .I want a response ASAP.
