Is it legal for Vodacom to use Burnard Raaff and Associates to chase payments on knowingly ********** accounts? These 2 have failed to provide basic account statements after multiple requests yet are more than eager to threaten you with legal action failing payment. I have attempted to contact Vodacom customer care since 2020 to get further clarification to no avail. Short of sending smoke signals and moscode... I really am at my wits end.
