I am trying to find out from you what all the charges on your statement are for so I can have clarity of where I stand with this account.

Now you say you won't answer any further questions of mine but the fact is, you haven't answered ANY of them. Also, I requested my Vodacom statement which you could not provide for me.

Seems like a big fat **** to me. What kind of debt collector does not even have the original statement on hand??? And can't explain where the amounts on their own statement comes from???

Then you make up lies about phone calls etcetera but you cannot provide ANY proof of such calls or messages. Whereas I have screenshots of everything which I sent to you.

I will most definitely NOT be paying my very hard earned money into your account!!!!!! I will sort this out directly with Vodacom.
