Struggling to get my refund from this establishment.

It’s very disappointing to learn of such terrible experiences that people had with this particular agent. Rent with them at your own risk. The agent is very unprofessional, I sent her an email for my refund and she rep**** with a text that I never furnished her with my banking details. Mind you my banking details are on the lease and upon the end of my lease contract which I sent to her contained my banking details.

She replies to texts after like forever. She is useless and I would advise anyone not to use this company and especially that agent Nolando Vilakazi.
