Principal/ CEO lives off his agents' labour ad finds excuse to draw more on deals closed.

The worst employer to engage with. I worked my but off for Burmain properties and when my time to leave the company came, I got the nasty treatment from the principal who is also a CEO Eddy Chitokomere. Good work ethics is not on the list of his vocabulary. This company was not known in Durban back in 2021.myself and a few other agents came and made it known, no contract of employment when hired, while agents worked using the CEO's credentials ( instead of their own FFCs) when signing deals. To date 93% of agents who have worked for the company for over a year, still don't have FFCs, have not done logbooks as per PPRA requirements. Recently had one of my sale deals I closed there being finalised with registration and payment made to the company by Conveyencers but CEO Eddy refuses to pay my commission on grounds that I left the company after he had trained me and supported me on my career. He did for me what he did for all other agent but never treated his fellow Zimbabwean agents who left the company after me in 2022. Aparently he has done this to another agent who left and went back to claim what she had worked for and force had to be used to recover her commission money. Exploitation of agents is what Chitokomere does best, his mentality is to have others sweat for him while he enjoys the fruits with his wife and kids. Durban property owners be warned when conducting business with this company.
